PROPERTY LOCATION: Rural Spearfish, SD. At I-90 Exit 17, travel south 1.5 mi. on Hwy 85 to Centennial Road, then ¾ mi. west & is located on the north side of the road and the Seven Down Event Center sits adjacent across the road. Signs on property.

Absolute auction, property selling day of auction with no minimum, no reserve. Offered and sold as one entire approx. 80 acre unit. 15% nonrefundable earnest money day of auction with the balance due in cash or certified funds upon closing.
