The auction will be held at Sioux Valley School District 

This approximately 1716 square foot home is being constructed by the Building Trades students of Sioux Valley High School in Volga, SD. These homes are known for their quality craftsmanship and attention to detail. This home features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a 16 x 20 great room with vaulted ceilings and a semi open floor plan, custom cabinetry by Preferred Woodworks in Brookings and 30 year Timberline HD shingles. The master bedroom is approximately 14 X 16 and features a tray ceiling, with walk in closet. This home will be painted throughout a neutral taupe color with finished wood work. All doors and trim are included as well as the bathroom vanities and tops, tubs and showers. Not included are toilets, sinks and floor covering. Floor plan is available on the district's website - svs.k12.sd.us.

House is to be moved at the expense of the buyer no later than August 15, 2019.

10% down on the day of the sale with the amount remaining to be paid before July 3, 2019 or when the house is moved, whichever is earlier. 6.5% sales tax will also be charged. Sioux Valley School District does not grant any written or implied warranties. Warranties on items installed in the house shall be between the purchaser and the materials manufacturing companies.
