Contract for deed terms on Sundance View Estates lots: 8.5% interest with 5% down amortized for 5 years; 8.5% interest with 10% down amortized for 10 years; 8.5% interest with 15% down amortized for 15 years; OR 8.5% interest with 20% down amortized for 20 years. Specific terms on Sundance Acreages are yet to be determined.

 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Absolute auction on (7) of the lots located within Sundance View Estates and will be identified at the auction, those properties identified will be selling with no minimum, no reserve. Offered in individual lots only with the larger Sundance Acreages offered in individual units, selling in the manner realizing the greater return. NOTE: No Seller-carry contract terms available on the two large unit offerings. Sundance View Estates lots will be sold by entire lot pricing and the larger acreages will be sold by the acre. Cash buyers, 15% nonrefundable earnest money day of auction with the balance due in cash or certified funds upon closing OR Seller-carry contract for deed terms available. All closings to take place on or before September 13, 2010. Possession upon closing. Taxes, based on the 2009 tax levy, shall be prorated to the day of closing.
