West River/Lyman Jones Rural Water: The (1)Tap on the Noack Road Parcel is located on the eastern edge of Sec. 19 (Tract 8). At this time, water from this tap is delivered via private pipeline to the large galvanized tank in Sec. 19 (Tract 8), and to the hydrants and tank in Sec. 20 (Tract 9), and to the tank in Sec. 28 (Tract 10). 1031 Exchange: Seller will cooperate to facilitate a 1031 exchange, if needed by the buyer, as long as it doesn’t affect the closing date.
